Describe your role at NBBC.  As the Refuge Youth Director, my roll is to instill Biblical standards, as well as the love of Christ, into the teens that come to NBBC on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights.

What is your personal mission for the role?  My mission for the youth group is to see them grow spiritually and mentally in the Lord.  I want them to be able to know what the Bible really says and how to read and relate the historical stories to our lives today!

Describe a time in your life when God taught you a valuable lesson, or a time when God revealed Himself to you in a big way.  God really revealed Himself to me my junior year of high school. I  was playing football and being a part of the orchestra and playing the bass for my church when He really broke me down.  God showed me that I was calling myself a Christian but not living like it.  I did not know much about what God had really said in the Bible and was certainly not living it.  That became the moment in my life where I started to change things around, still not perfect but in God's grace and mercy.

Choose a movie title that describes your life, or describe the nerdiest thing you do in your spare time.  The nerdiest thing I do in my spare time is being a math teacher.  Really, when I do have spare time, I like to calculate things in my head and look for patterns.  I also big fan of superheroes and other movies and relating them to the Bible.

What is your favorite cereal?  Raisin Bran Crunch!
